We've partnered with Shopify Planet to make all our shipments carbon neutral. We ship mainly by ground mail via Canada Post or UPS, with tracking info — unless you choose Small Packet International Air or Small Packet International Ground if shipping to Europe or the UK. See below for the list of countries we now ship to. Please sign up for our email newsletter if your country is not listed. We are making every effort to provide our award-winning perfumes worldwide.

Packages usually arrive within 7-14 working days, depending on local mail service. Delays may increase due to international shipping staffing shortages.

All customers must submit a telephone number at checkout. Les Vides Anges Fragrances is not liable for any customs and import duties that may be imposed on international customers. International customers who refuse to accept delivery will not be refunded for the cost of shipping or order value and goods disposed of by the carrier. 

 

Order Processing

We usually process orders within 3 to 4 days of receipt, excluding holidays and weekends. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive a shipping confirmation by email. All shipping notifications will include a tracking number unless you choose Small Packet International Air or Small Packet International Ground if shipping to Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand or Japan. 

Order changes — including cancellations — can sometimes be accommodated, but only within 24 hours of an order being placed.

 

Shipping Discounts

Below is a list of shipping discounts per country or region. These rates are updated regularly. 

Canada and United States: Flat rate shipping. Free shipping for all orders over $120
Europe: €20 fixed standard shipping for all orders over €120
United Kingdom: £20 fixed standard shipping for all orders over £120
